1. User Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We reserve the right to change the prices of products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Order confirmation by us signifies our acceptance of your offer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, stock unavailability or errors in pricing information.

  • Currently, we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to locations across Pakistan.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only. Delays may occur due to logistical issues.

5. Return, Refund, and Cashback Policy

This is a critical part of our service.

  • Returns:

    • If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@asadexstore.com.

  • Cashback:

    • We offer a guaranteed cashback of PKR 100 to 250 on every product.

    • To claim your cashback, you must email your Order ID and Name to our dedicated cashback department at cashback@asadexstore.com after you have received your order.

    • Our team will verify your details and process your cashback accordingly.

    • Asadexstore reserves the right to withhold cashback in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the policy.

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, including:

  • Engaging in any fraudulent activity or abusing the cashback system.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.

  • Transmitting any viruses or malicious code.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
The “Asadexstore” name, logo, design, and all content on the App are the exclusive property of Asadexstore. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
